Contour™ herringbone parlor allows you to add features to its standard design which can maximize your specific operation’s performance and appearance. Choose all stainless steel construction, EnCore™ take-offs, EnVision™, CIP cabinets, ALL-EXIT ™ or Exit Plus.

Detailed performance

A regulated air cylinder provides power to gently move the breast rail, urging cows into their correct position. The rump rail assemblies are set at a fifteen-degree angle to contour to the back of the cow and eliminate pressure on her hip pins. The parlor also offers an unrestricted reach with a clear udder view, making milking and udder health practices easier. The hinges moving the breast rail are designed to endure repetitive use and there are no steel-to-steel contact points. The hinges also include bushings that are easy to replace.

Built to last

Contour™ herringbone stalls are constructed from two inch, hot-dipped, galvanized steel pipe and stainless steel. These rugged units contain more than 400 pounds (181kg) of steel per stall. Choose all-exit, conventional-exit, suspended or non-suspended S-rails. All configurations are designed for efficient milking and trouble-free traffic. Labor-saving, push-button controlled gates are optional.

Making milking easier

Our stalls have no mangers. They feature an air-operated indexing rail that gently moves cows into position against neck rails and butt pans. This means easier preparation and milking, including the milking of heifers or smaller cows with larger cows. This design shrinks the stall length by up to 10 inches (254mm) and the width by seven inches (178mm).
