| Fat has a fatty, oily appearance and feel; water beading is also apparent. It is best removed with strong alkaline products and hot water. |

| Protein gives a blue, rainbow, varnish-like hue and is best removed with chlorinated alkaline detergent. |

| Bacteria leaves a red or pink/purple colouring or staining that is best removed with a strong chlorine or acid sanitizer. |

Highly recommended for the largest CIP systems (length and line diameter), hard-to-clean systems, and/or for those with many plastic parts such as meters. Unique formula allows for maximum alkalinity while controlling chlorine levels to prevent rubber degradation. Excellent performance and economy in hard to clean systems; a liquid formulation that works like heavy duty powders.
Della Thrift – A concentrated alkaline CIP liquid detergent with chlorine delives economical CIP cleaning in softer waters. Recommended for softer waters and easier to clean systems.
