Our team of volunteers helped distribute free ice cream, milk, yogurt and string cheese to visitors at the City Market in Kansas City on Sunday, June 1st to celebrate World Milk Day and DeLaval’s 125th Anniversary of Excellence and Progress. Smiles and appreciation filled the market as visitors enjoyed free dairy products courtesy of Roberts Dairy and Dairy Farmers of America. Appreciative visitors inquired about the milking process and DeLaval’s contribution to the milking industry as their little ones enjoyed Pony Rides and the Barrel Train Express. Many thanks to all employees who came out to help celebrate the day!
It was an honor to feel the goodness of giving free dairy products as little Sanya exclaimed, “Awesome, Mommie”! A yummy experience was had by all and we look forward to celebrating again next year.
